Nourishing Food

I prefer eating quality to quantity a balanced diet in proportion. Since I am passionate over photography all my preparation go under lenses. These are the food and vegetables of my choice and amature preparation and not professional as I do enjoy cooking as well.

I love it cooked as soup

It is prepared with roasted rice, coconut milk, sour orange juice
cardamom for spice and jaggery as sweetener
